In your Server PC.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE//SYSTEM//CurrentControlSet//Control//Print
Rightclick and Create a new DWORD 32-bit Value, Rename RpcAuthnLevelPrivacyEnabled, right-click and modify, give value -0. close registry editor.
Search Services, click Run as administrator and find printer spooler,
right-click printer spooler and click restart.

Now go to your client’s PC and add the printer Again.
