This fixes almost EVERY issue with Roku streaming devices. Want to fix:

Thermal warning
Picture and no sound
Guide is frozen
No picture at all (that was the dealio here)
Remote won’t move in apps

Just pull out the power, wait 30 seconds and then plug it back in.
