You can use this method to move Outlook data to different computer or you can simply keep historical copies of you Outlook folders for future reference and backup purposes.
NOTE: The App version of Outlook and the /”New Outlook/” version currently DO NOT support exporting data to a PST file. Microsoft said that they might add the Export feature sometime in the future.
