Here is how to fix CPU usage if no programs are running.

1)Go right click on /”TASKBAR/START TASK MANAGER/”
2)Press /”Processes/” card
3)Find in left lower /”Show processes from all users/”
4)Find /”svchost.exe/” and press /”Go to Services/”
5)In /”Description/” tab find /”Windows Update/” or in /”Name/” tab find /”wuauserv/”
6)Press right click and press /”Stop Service/”

This will fix your CPU high usage untill you restart PC or manualy run Windows Update.

To permanently fix it follow these steps:

1)Press /”Windows/” button (button betwen /”CTRL/” and /”ALT/”) + R
2)A type /”services.msc/” and go /”OK/”
3)In /”Name/” tab find /”Windows Update/
