Fix Printer Error Windows Cannot Connect To The Printer Operation Failed With Error 0x0000011b
Step 1) Most of the times this error occurs after installing Windows update, so try installing recently installed update
Step 2) Make changes in the registry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE//System//CurrentControlSet//Control//Print
RpcAuthnLevelPrivacyEnabled
Set the Base to Hexadecimal and the Value data to 0
Restart your PC
Step 3) Restart print spooler service
Step 4) Clear and reset the print spooler
Stop the Print Spooler
Go to %WINDIR%//system32//spool//printers – delete all files in the folder
Start the Print Spooler, Select Start, select Automatic in the Startup Type box, and then select OK.
Step 5) Uninstall and reinstall the latest driver for your printer from printer manufacturer website.
Uninstall from Device manager as well as apps and feature
Restart your PC
Install printer driver from printer manufacturer Website
