Microsoft Answers is full of threads where users are reporting about issue where Photos app is fails to open on Windows 11 PC, especially after updating the app.

According to reports, when they try to launch the Photos app, it display a spinning circle, after which it disappear.

The issue is specific to Photos app version 2024.11050 and users running Windows 11 Pro edition are likely to experience this issue.
