These are the things you need to find the variable in the registry editor (regedit) and the variable content you will usually find there:

Computer//HKEY_CURRENT_USER//Software//Microsoft//Windows//CurrentVersion//Explorer//User Shell Folders (name: cache) copy content from there
User Shell Folders
%USERPROFILE%//AppData//Local//Microsoft//Windows//INetCache//Content.Word
