Yo, Google just gave Android some of the messaging features we’ve all been waiting for! Here’s six of ‘em.

First up, we now have the ability to reply to specific messages which should help keep conversations organized.

Second, in addition to being able to see iOS message reactions as an actual emoji, we can now react with emoji to SMS messages sent from iPhones.

Third, voice messages are automatically transcribed so you don’t have to try to listen to the message if you don’t want to.

Fourth, you can now set reminders for specific messages right from within the messages app. You can even get birthday or anniversary reminders in the app as well.

Fifth, we can now watch YouTube videos sent to us right from within the messages app.

And lastly, we can now star messages to make them easier to find in the future.
