1- Right click on Task bar I Task manager I Services I open services I locate Windows Modules Installer and Stop it. Set it to Manual or Disabled as well!

2- Right click on Taskbar I Taskmanager I Services I open services I locate Windows Update I and Stop it. Set it to Manual or Disabled as well!
