1. Boot Into BIOS
2. Disable CSM
3. Enable Secure Boot And Change Mode to Standard
4. Enable Intel Platform Trust Technology
5. Go to advanced, Trusted Computing, Enable Security Device Support.
6. Save and reboot

EDIT: Make sure fast boot is disabled.
