Windows 11 upgrade : secure boot not supported but it is ?

So I was finally able to install Windows 11 PRO on my machine but It wasn’t easy even if my system matched all the Windows 11 requirements, let’s go back and I’ll explain what happened.
So I went obviously in the bios of my Asus X570 TUF motherboard and enabled the few settings required by Windows 11 to run, so in the advanced tab I made sure AMD fTPM was enabled and in the trusted computing I tried both TPM 1.2 2.0
Then in the boot menu I made sure secure boot was set on UEFI mode which means enabled and then saved everything.
But using the PC Health Check utility on Windows 10, my PC still didn’t meet the Windows 11 requirements, looking at the details it looked like only secure boot was still not enabled even if it was properly set in the bios. As additional check I ran msinfo32 and unfortunately I got confirmation of Secure boot not being enabled yet.
So I started thinking that the issue was with the drive not being converted GPT infact it shows as an MBR partition so I went on converting it into GPT but still no luck. I was therefore going to follow this guide from Microsoft for bypassing the Windows 11 requirements (see below) but suddenly this Idea came to my mind, what if I reset the bios? So back in the bios I loaded the default settings then made sure I have all my previous values properly entered and finally the pc health check confirms my system meets the Windows 11 requirements so that I could proceed with the upgrade.

Warning:

Microsoft recommends against installing Windows 11 on a device that does not meet the Windows 11 minimum system requirements. If you choose to install Windows 11 on a device that does not meet these requirements, and you acknowledge and understand the risks, you can create the following registry key values and bypass the check for TPM 2.0 (at least TPM 1.2 is required) and the CPU family and model.

Name: AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMOrCPU

Type: REG_DWORD

Value: 1
