First, make sure your iPhone is connected to Wi-Fi. You can’t use Wi-Fi Calling without a Wi-Fi connection!
Next, go to the Cellular Settings and make sure Wi-Fi Calling is turned on. If you don’t see an option to turn on Wi-Fi Calling, it’s probably not included with your cell phone plan!
If you still can’t get Wi-Fi Calling to work, eject your iPhone’s SIM card. This will force your iPhone to disconnect and reconnect to your carrier’s network.
The last troubleshooting step you can take is to reset your iPhone’s network settings. This erases all of the Cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and VPN settings on your iPhone.
Contact your carrier if the problem persists, or find a new cell phone plan that includes Wi-Fi Calling with the UpPhone cell phone comparison tool! (https://www.upphone.com/compare-cell-phone-plans/)
