Jack freed the slaves so Beckett had him branded as a pirate and burned/sunk the Wicked Wench. Jack makes a deal with Jones to raise the Wench which then is renamed the Black Pearl. This is why Jack owes Davy 100 lives, because he saved this 100 slaves who should have gone to Davy.

He was killed by Kraken in scond movie, so how did he get in the desert?? he literally went to pirate hell.

The film deprives the audience of the poignant moment Jones carried out the command, instead cutting to the already-dead body. Judging by the brief glimpse of its carcass the Kraken died by beaching itself, as the corpse hasn’t been beheaded or finned when the heroes come across it.

When kraken ate Jack Sparrow , he reached to Davy Jones’s locker. Jack sparrow did not die. He was struck at a place between life and death which is Davy Jones’s locker. Elizabeth,Will along with help of Barbossa and Tia Dalma reached at the world’s end( Davy Jones locker) to make Jack free from locker.
