A reflection is a transformation representing a flip of a figure. When reflecting a figure in a line or in a point, the image is congruent to the preimage. A reflection maps every point of a figure to an image across a fixed line. The fixed line is called the line of reflection.

When you reflect a point across the line y = x, the x-coordinate and y-coordinate change places. If you reflect over the line y = -x, the x-coordinate and y-coordinate change places and are negated (the signs are changed). the line y = x is the point (y, x). the line y = -x is the point (-y, -x).
Make sure each new body paragraph starts with a topic sentence. If you are writing about a book or an academic article, your reflection may include quotes and passages. They give your reader a point of reference to fully understand your feedback. Feel free to describe what you saw, what you heard, and how you felt.
Reflective essays are written in order to look back on personal experiences and measure how that experience has helped the author to grow or change. Reflective essays should have a clear introduction, body and conclusion in order to share the past events and how those events created change in the writer.
The reflective essay is used in a range of different academic courses. We recommend choosing a reflective essay title before writing it itself. In fact, writing a reflective essay does not differ from any other type of paper; the only difference that it should be a reflection of yourself.
Writing a critical reflection happens in two phases.
Reflection is an API which is used to examine or modify the behavior of methods, classes, interfaces at runtime. Reflection gives us information about the class to which an object belongs and also the methods of that class which can be executed by using the object.
Reflection strategies for classroom activities
Organize small-group reflections in which students share their thoughts. Then ask a reporter to present those thoughts to the whole class. Invite students to share problem-solving strategies. Ask them to focus on how many different ways they can effectively solve a problem.
Reflection allows students to make sense of material/experience in relation to oneself, others, and the conditions that shaped the material/experience; Reimagine material/experience for future personal or social benefit (p. 147).

One of the most famous cyclical models of reflection leading you through six stages exploring an experience: description, feelings, evaluation, analysis, conclusion and action plan.
Kolb’s reflective model is referred to as “experiential learning”. The basis for this model is our own experience, which is then reviewed, analysed and evaluated systematically in three stages. Once this process has been undergone completely, the new experiences will form the starting point for another cycle.
