First, make sure there is no problem with your USB and USB port on your computer. And here are 5 fixes:

Fix 1: Scan for hardware changes
If there is no problem with either your USB or USB port, disconnect your USB and reconnect it to your computer. Then open Device Manager and scan for hardware changes. Check if your USB appears in Disk drives.

Fix 2: Assign a drive letter
If you can see your USB drive in Decice Manager, but it doesn’t show up in File Explorer, it could be there is no drive letter assigned to your USB. Go to Disk Management and find your USB. Assign or change a diver letter.

Fix 3: Create a new simple volume
If you could find your USB in Disk Management but the space of your USB reads /”Unallocated/
