Prevent all Windows notifications from showing by using Focus Assist (Windows 10). My previous video it was done manually by clicking the notification and changing its setting. With Focus Assist you just click a few times and no notifications.

Text instructions;
In the bottom right hand corner click on Action Center (bubble icon)
Click on Focus Assist until it says /”Alarms Only/”
Close Action Center
Done

If you want to go a step further and eliminate alarms;
Open your control panel
Click on Sound
Click on the Sounds tab
Under Sound Scheme select /”No Sounds/”
Click Apply and OK
