1- type run in search dialog box
2- type regedit in run dialog box
and follow this path
3-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE//SOFTWARE//Microsoft//Windows NT//CurrentVersion//Windows//LoadAppInit_DLLs
4-click right LoadApplnit_DLLs and select modify and change the value from 1 to 0
