While deleting or renaming a folder, you may face this message “The Action Can’t be Completed Because the Folder or a File in it is Open in Another Program”. To fix it, please follow these simple methods in Windows 10 . (This will also work in Windows 7 and 8) First of all open the ‘Run’ box and search for ‘Resmon.exe’ – Now click on ‘CPU’ tab and expand ‘Associated Handles’ – In the search box there, type name of that folder which can’t be deleted or renamed. Then name of programs that use the folder or a file in it will appear – right click on it and choose ‘End Process’. That’s all..!!! Good Luck..!!!
