Let’s learn how to share a calendar in Outlook.
Being in the Outlook app go to the bottom left of your screen and click on the calendar icon HERE! After you click it your calendar will be opened.
Now click on the share calendar icon HERE.
A dialog box will appear. In the first field click on it or type the email of the person you want to share the calendar with. Below you can type the subject or just leave the default one.
In the details drop down menu, decide if you want that the person with whom you are sharing the calendar can choose: Availability only, Limited details or full details.
Then hit the send button, and that’s it.
