1. Reconnect your iOS (iPhone or iPad) device to your computer. Try a different USB port. Try a different USB cable.
2. Restart your Windows PC and your iOS device.
3. On your iOS device, navigate to Settings , select Photos and scroll down, locate the /”Transfer to Mac or PC/” section. And change from /”Automatic/” to /”Keep Originals/”.
4. On your Windows PC, switch between USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports.
Now connect again your iOS device to the Windows 10 PC and copy/paste the files again. It should work this time.
