I will show you how you can freeze any desired row or column and both the row and column easily.
I will show you from menu bar but please do not use menu bar using shortcut is much easier.
Go to View then click freeze panes and you will get three options freeze panes, freeze top row and freeze first column.
Use shortcut; Alt + W + F + F, this is the answer.
