HOW IT WORKS:
  Create an Instant Cloud Flow.

  Create an adaptive card with input fields for the remind date, time and notes.

  Create an adaptive card for your automated notification. Tip: Include a link to the original message or conversation post to make it easy to respond.

  When you select a message, you will be asked to input when you want to be reminded and if you have any notes.

  At the time of your reminder, you will receive an automated message from Power Automate.
