Service Host Sysmain causing high disk/cpu/memory usage in Windows? You can fix it easily! Search Command Prompt in windows searchbar – right click and run as admin – type the following two commands and hit the enter key.

sc config sysmain start= auto
net start sysmain

restart your system to apply the changes. Hope this helps!
