If you have this issue where your chromebook flickers when you move the display, its most likely an issue with the display cable or the display itself.

This usually requires a technician to fix it or you can follow the steps of how to replace a screen for your chromebook. If the chromebook belongs to a school, turn it in and let them fix it.

This was just a chromebook that was turned in that I will fix later on and upload that video.
