This is an amateur video.
I made it just because I can. It shows how I am able to do screen capture and screen record on the chromebook using shortcut keys

Full Screen capture: CTRL + Show windows
partial screen capture: CTRL + SHIFT + Show Windows
screen record: CTRL + SHIFT + Show Windows . After it opens partial screen capture, at the bottom is the capture menu.. just click on the Video Recorder icon to enable screen record.
