Postscript Commentary: The Solution works, but when the pc goes to idle , the process comes back

Again, the Runtime Broker runtime.broker.exe causes my notebook to run all the time. This stresses my fans and the battery of my machine.
Alltough my first try to cancelt he Runtime Broker Process helped a little, the problem came back again.
The solution with setting the Info-Tips Flag on the settings form on to off, helped one time, but the problem came back.
Now i found a solution which was found on Windows 8.1, but is quite the same on Windows 10.

There seem to be a problem with the Windows Store local Cache. The solution is to rename the localstore in the hidden files and then it works.
When renaming the LocalCache oft he WindowsStore, the runtimebroker comes to a useful range.
