Right-click menu would take anywhere from 10 to 25 seconds to load! The problem was especially bad on the desktop where I once waited a whopping 30 seconds for the menu to appear.

Please BACKUP YOUR REGISTRY BEFORE CONTINUING ON in case somethings goes wrong.
Go to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT//Directory//Background//shellex//ContextMenuHandlers

Delete everything just leave Folders NEW and Workfolders
