Prerequisite:- You need to have a WhatsApp chat backup file already with you , which can be found by following steps:-
1. Go to files
2. Open storage
3. Click on Android than Media
4. Search for a folder by the name :- com.whatsapp
5. Click on WhatsApp
6. In Databases you will find file by the name similar to /”msgstore.db.crypt12/” (or whatever number)

Note :- Latest version of Android(Above Android 9) were not allowing for local recovery of chats , so made the video
