I picked up this HP 570 P033W second hand. While working through a factory reset/fresh install of windows, I noticed that the resetting process appeared to be stuck and it made me concerned something was wrong. However, with more time and patience the process finished and my windows 10 reinstalled. If you are thinking that the process is stuck at whatever percentage, keep waiting, it will work!
