There will be times during a presentation when you don’t want the audience to see the PowerPoint slide, perhaps while conducting a quick Q & A session midway through the presentation. This video shows how to achieve this without the use of a specialist presentation remote control, by using the keyboard.

Press ‘b’ to turn the screen to black, press ‘b’ again to return to the presentation
alternatively
Press ‘w’ to turn the screen to white, press ‘w’ again to return to the presentation.
