The reasons

The solutions
1. Once you see the error, don’t close just leave the page
2. Sign in with the Gmail on a browser
3. On the left, click on the Security
4. Scroll down until you see “Less secure app access”
5. Turn on the “Less secure app access”
6. Now go back to the Outlook error page and click on the “Retry”
7. That’s it. You are done!
