So my Outlook 2007 keeps disconnecting and reconnecting every 5 minutes from My 2003 Exchange server! After 8 hours of running in circles and trying everything from going to Cahce mode to replacing the network card all it was was a IP conflict with another workstation on my network. I set a static IP address to get this one going then hunted down the workstation that kept taking the same IP address!
