1. Uninstall the all Microsoft Office related program – Office 2013, 2010,2007, File validation addon – used Programs & Features

2. Run Microsoft FIX it – http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=9815935

Please create the restore point before proceed.

3. Delete Folder
If your Windows is 64bits and Office is 32bits, kindly look inside the
/”C://Program Files (x86)///” folder else follows;

– Navigate to C://Program Files//Microsoft Office – delete folder
– Navigate to C://Program Files//Common Files//microsoft shared
If there is a folder called OFFICE15 – delete folder.
If there is a folder OfficeSoftwareProtection Platform – delete folder
– Navigate to C://Program Data//Microsoft//OFFICE – delete folder
Delete /”OFFICE/” folder in your %appdata% folder, seek for the following;
– folder /”Office/” in c://Users///”Your User Account Name/”//Appdata//LOCAL//Microsoft (DELETE the /”OFFICE/” folder)
– folder /”Office/” in c://Users///”Your User Account Name/”//Appdata//LOCALLOW//Microsoft (DELETE the /”OFFICE/” folder)
– folder /”Office/” in c://Users///”Your User Account Name/”//Appdata//ROAMING//Microsoft (DELETE the /”OFFICE/” folder)

4. Rename the tokens.dat file
– Navigate to C://Windows//System32//spp//store//2.0//tokens.dat
Rename tokens.dat to tokens.dat.old

5. Empty the user TEMP folder – if possible.

6. Delete registery

– HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE//SOFTWARE//Microsoft//Office
– HKEY_CURRENT_USER//Software//Microsoft//Office
– HKE Y_LOCAL_MACHINE//SOFTWARE//MICROSOFT//WINDOWS NT//Current Version//AppCompatFlags

Reinstall….Its works with me..if not restart the PC and try to reinstall.

Don’t forget to activate the SYSTEM RESTORE. Bcos time to time Windows 10 do the windows update and its might corrupted the Office system. It happen to me.
