In today’s tutorial, we will be using the PING command to diagnose network troubleshooting problems. The ping command sends an echo request to another device and expects an echo response. If there is a response that means the destination device is working. If there is no response, the destination device is not working or not reachable. PING works under the ICMP (Internet Message Control Protocol) and is a perfect network troubleshooting tool.
