Microsoft Word: How To Delete Blank Pages In Word 365

This is a video tutorial on how to delete blank pages on a Microsoft Word Document. I will give three examples of how to delete blank pages in this tutorial. I will be using Microsoft Office 365 on a desktop.

Simple Steps:

Example 1.
1. Select the /”View/” tab.
2. Check the box next to /”Navigation Pane/” on the ribbon.
3. Choose /”Pages/” in the left hand side pane and hit the backspace key several times until the page disappears.

Example 2.
1. Place your cursor on the blank page and hit the backspace key several times until the blank page disappears.

Example 3.
1. Choose the /”Home/” tab.
2. Choose the /”Show/Hide/” button on the ribbon.
3. Put your mouse at the bottom right corner of the blank page, hold down the left mouse button and drag up to the top left corner to highlight any format areas and then hit the backspace key until the blank page disappears.
