In this video we walk you through how to invite anyone from outside of your organisation to a Teams meeting. It doesn’t matter which email account you send it to, they can all join your meeting!

We use a Google gmail account in this video, but it will work with ANY email account.

We recently posted a video on how to invite Google users to teams meetings. Since then, Microsoft made a change to the meeting scheduling page in teams. This video will walk you through the new experience and we’ve removed the old one, to avoid confusion.

It’s the nature of cloud software like office 365 to change often and without notice, so this can happen from time to time. We’ll do our best to keep you up-to-date with the changes.
