Fix missing Microsoft Teams COM Add-in by registering the Microsoft.Teams.AddinLoader.dll file.
You may check following setting if the suggestions in the video do not lead to success:

Open your registry editor /”without admin rights/” and check whether the LoadBehavior value is set to 3 If not, change it.
Computer//HKEY_CURRENT_USER//Software//Microsoft//Office//Outlook//Addins//TeamsAddin.FastConnect
