Microsoft Store Stuck On Pending When Downloading – (FIXED) Windows 11 and 10.
While downloading any updates or apps and games on the Microsoft Store it stuck on pending.
Apply these 2 easy fixes and restart your PC and the issue will be fixed.

RUN Command to Reset Microsoft Cache = wsreset.exe

Windows terminal command
Get-AppxPackage -allusers Microsoft.WindowsStore | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register /”$($_.InstallLocation)//AppXManifest.xml/”}
