Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime is Missing?
With the latest update to Microsoft Edge, WebView2 has been removed from installed apps section.

Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime will no longer appear in the Installed Apps list in Windows Settings because it is a persistent system component.

but what if you removed Microsoft Edge and WebView2 by using script or Uninstaller program and now your getting error when using some programs? You will need to install WebView2 and Microsoft Edge again.
