Steps:
1: Visit any of your favorite website using Microsoft Edge browser
2: Select a starting position from the Text, HTML or PDF on your browser screen
3: Press Control + Shift + U to “Read aloud”

You can also select the favorite voice from the menus and control what area to read as well to pause, move forward or move back, etc.
