Uninstalling McAfee did not remove these services, and they cannot be toggled off even from safe mode. The folder these come from is protected from writing even though I am an administrator user. Ended up booting from external USB Linux live and wiping the remaining McAfee folders around the computer.

Whenever i bave to work on Windows i feel powerless and caged. It never feels like I have control and ownership of my own machine and its behavior.
