A: If, after trying all the steps seen here multiple times, you have not been able to find the issue, your most likely looking at one of two possible issues. (1) The motherboard is bad and needs to be replaced. Let me know if you would like help finding a compatible motherboard. Or (2) there is another computer component, shorting out the motherboard and need to be replaced such as the power jack, USB board, Touchpad, etc. You would have to troubleshoot each of those individually but unhooking it from the motherboard and trying to turn the computer on. Lenovo Thinkpad T460s – There is a small battery reset pinhole under the computer that can reset the battery if the computer is not charging or turning on that can help in some cases.
