Kooringal has it’s very good points, and it’s very bad points. Went to see a couple of properties for rent in Cheifly Crescent as it had some lovely looking places, newly renovated, only to find people walking down the street with beer bottles, loud music playing and alot of shouting and abuse.

Although some are put off by the Ashmont name, “North Ashmont” is a fantastic suburb, it’s a very quiet place to live, close to everything (shops, schools etc), friendly neighbours and no crime.
