When you look online for the recommended battery part number 902499-856, it is almost impossible to find. On the other hand, other similar HP Spectre X360 15 laptops/notebooks call for battery part number 902499-855, which is more readily available. It’s all very confusing and discouraging. Why is HP not supporting this product with parts and batteries?
