My black ink cartridge was not printing anything. when color ink cartridge was working 100%. Both cartridges qt least 90% full and not too old. It seems to me that the black cartridge is faulty. There is a way to print all colors using just the color cartridge. Just pull the black cartridge out and printer will switch to single cartridge mode.
