In this tutorial you’ll learn how to turn your screen white in the middle of a PowerPoint presentation.

That way if you are in in the middle of your presentation and want to take a break, or if someone asks a question, you can quickly pause by whiting out your screen using the W key on your keyboard.

Hitting the W key once whites out your screen, while hitting it a second-time un-whites your screen, brings you back to the normal view.

That way you can easily pause to take questions, take a coffee break or whatever without leaving your content onscreen.

On top of that, there is a trick to using the white screen as a whiteboard that you can take notes on using your mouse or stylus.

To see that little PowerPoint trick, plus another keyboard shortcut I recommend learning as it delivers thirty-two different shortcuts for you without having to memorize anything, see the PowerPoint tutorial video above.
