New Outlook is very different than regular Outlook. It uses Exchange data only and does not use local data like IMAP or POP3. CompanionLink can sync your data to and from both regular Outlook and New Outlook.

2. You have downloaded /”Outlook for Windows/” from the Microsoft Store, this looks identical to New Outlook except you cannot switch back to Classic Outlook.

To use Classic Outlook, you would have to buy a license to Office 365 or similar.
