How to take screenshots from your laptop
7 ways to take screen shots using keyboard keys, OneNote, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

1- The first way to use the keyboard by holding the CTRL+Print Screen Keys (If you want to take the full screen shot.
2- The 2nd way is using the Keyboard by holding the ALT+Print screen keys and you will take screen shot from the active window only
3- Third way is by using OneNote Application by clicking on windows menu and searching OneNote application (Part of Microsoft Office) and in the insert ribbon you will find /”Screen Clipping/” under Images to take screen clip (part of the screen of your choice)

4- 4th way is the short cut of the 3rd way which will be by holding the windows Key+S you will get the same result (note: OneNote has to be open in this case)
5- Using MS Word and go to insert Ribbon and you will find screen clipping under illustration menu.
6- The 6th way is by using Excel (Part of Microsoft Office) and in the insert ribbon you will find /”Screen Clipping/” under Images to take screen clip (part of the screen of your choice)
7- The 7th way is to use PowerPoint (Part of Microsoft Office) and in the insert ribbon you will find /”Screen Clipping/” under Images to take screen clip (part of the screen of your choice)
