Many occasions we need to take screenshots. In mac os we can take screenshots using two methods.

1. Capture whole screen

Press Command + Shift + 3 will take the screenshot of whole screen.

2. Capture selected area

Press Command + Shift + 4 . Mouse pointer will become a cross hair. Drag the box to select the region that wish to capture.

Screenshot will save in the desktop for both methods.
