The Full Process to take a full page screenshot in Google Chrome for Android

1)Update the Google Chrome app from the Play Store to the latest version (Google Chrome 94)

2)Open Chrome and type chrome://flags in the address bar and hit enter.

3)tap on the search bar at the top of the screen and search for Chrome Share Long Screenshots.

4) Select the drop-down box below that and Enable 

5)Once you do this you will see an option to relaunch Chrome. If you don’t see it manually close and reopen the app.

6)when you want to take a screenshot of a webpage tap on the three-dot menu and select Share.

7) tap on Long Screenshot. You will now be able to see a white box with an extendable top and bottom

You can now further edit the screenshot by adding text or annotations.
